Returns

How can purchased products be returned?

– You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days and request its replacement with a product, provided that the original product is in excellent condition received and with all the certificates of authenticity that accompanied it. The return costs are borne by the one who makes the return both for the return and for the receipt of the new product.

Order cancellation

Order cancellation and refund?

It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

4) No changes are made to the contact lenses.

5) No changes are made to the lenses that have already been installed according to your order in the frame you have chosen.

6) No changes are made to products that have been specially ordered by the manufacturer upon your request.

Refunds are made in the same way as the payment was made. In any case, for a refund request or product replacement, the online store must be contacted via email or phone.

Shipping methods

For orders over € 50, we give you a free shipping on all products.

For orders under € 50, the charge for shipping is € 2.20 throughout Greece and in case of cash on delivery the charge is € 1.50 extra.

Delivery time is after 24 hours from the shipment of your order. Once you order, we process your order and inform you about the exact delivery time at your place.

When your order is complete and ready to ship, we deliver:

Within 24 – 48 hours in Attica and in all cities of Mainland Greece, if the order is sent until 18:00 of the previous day

Within 48-64 hours in the rest of Greece.

In remote and inaccessible areas the delivery time can be up to 72 hours.

For orders outside Greece, the shipping cost is by ELTA and DHL and the cost depends on the country.
